A privately held media company which owned 200 digital displays, and 4,000 static billboards in gyms, golf clubs, tennis clubs and grocery stores across the United States and Canada, with an annual revenue of $20 million USD, with 65 employees and 100 independent contractors.

Managed a staff of fifteen employees with responsibility for monthly GL close, financial statement preparation, detailed account analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Payroll, 401K, insurance (Health, Liability, Workers Compensation), collections, treasury and cash controls, budgeting, forecasting and income taxes.

Major Accomplishments – Reduced general and administrative expenses by over one million dollars (greater than 5 % of total revenue). Managed payroll in 14 states. Administrator for 401K. Created consolidated financial statements for two companies, including the Canadian subsidiary. Implemented new accounting/CRM/ERP system. Assisted in the reallocation of staff, as well as the integration of policies and procedures during merger of Zoom Media, Inc. and Sports Display, Inc.
