This was a project where Apple Watch After Sales Operation related implementation was done in GSX System, i.e creation and updation of repairs for Apple Watch Serials/Products

AMIGOS Project

oA major project where GSX System was extended to Customer Satisfaction for Repair in process period i.e user gets a Loaner device when their original product is in process of repair. This change was specific to Apple IOS Devices.

IronDome Project

oBased on Athena Response received from GDX System Manual Veritas and E Veritas check was made mandatory or was made not mandatory

Beats2 Project

oRepair process was enabled in GSX System for Beats Product and there was a new process introduced where user can generate a Beats serial number by selecting specific Beats Product

Apple ID Delete Project and IDMS FDC, 2013 – 2014

In this project we incorporated the changes of Suspending / Deleting GSX Users who perform fraudulent activities or intrusion. We would get a daily feed from DS based on which we would suspend or delete a GSX User

IDMS FDC

oIn this project GSX User’s Browser Data was collected and sent to DS System. This was done for FDC- Fraud Data Collection

R4 (GREP4), Apple ID Delete Project, 2012 - 2013

Major enhancements of GSX was taken into consideration in R4, including

The configuration of Service News from Admin Screen wherein user can configure the service news based on account type and role and based on priorities that service news will be shown to the logged in user

Project includes Indirect Onsite repairs were to be blocked for specific region i.e Indonesia in GSX. There will be a feed sent from GCRM Which will have country code, repair strategy, config code for which the repair has to be blocked, the code was later modified to meet agile requirement of business so that business can block repair for any region and for any product (config code)

Address Localization Framework

oAddress Format validation and Zip code format validation in GSX was done from XML, the major advantage of this approach was to minimize the DB calls from Java and all the validations were handled in Java and XML only. Pattern Matching process was used in this approach

Russia Phase 2 BHU

oEntire GSX Application was localized to Russian Language

GSX, GREP Project, 2010-2011

Worked on all modules in GSX – GREP Launch Project, Modules like Repairs, Orders, Escalations, Worklist, Admin Settings etc. and worked for warranty support and product support post GREP Launch

CRS

Role: Software Development Engineer; Technology: JavaScript, JSP, Servlets, Oracle 9i; Platform: Eclipse Ganymede, IDE; Team Size: 03; Description: CRS is used by LPG Distribution Company to register complaints from consumers. The CRS application has two interfaces – Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and a web based interface. IVR interface is developed using Intel Dialogic Card. Web Based Interface is developed using J2EE. The system takes the complaint of the consumer and issues a docket number for the compliant. The system also provides a facility to check the status of the compliant using the docket number.

Steganography: (The art of hiding data) using Audio & Image

Platform: Eclipse Ganymede, IDE; Description: The aim of this project is hiding of data in audio (.wav) file, image (.bmp) file. The data is encrypted & efficient transfer of encrypted data from sender to receiver is carried on. One who receives the data in either audio form or the image form can know the hidden data by decrypting it, which is done using the private key shared between the sender and receiver. This project is platform independent. The Language used is Java, Front end: Java Swing Version: jdk1.5, Operating systems: Linux, Windows.

GUI Development & Web Content Development for Dynamic website using Open Edit
