Verify key performance indicators and online reporting of program management consultancy for EC Harries and Mace. Administer technical support for design and project managers for completion of gateway presentation to senior management. Create monthly trends analysis for project payments and progress updates, and generate monthly reports for prime minister and the public works authority president; manage RFA/RFA register and tracker using document control system.

Site Engineer
Managed ceramic factory project with total area of 42000 m2. Entailed supervising construction of 1600m2 administration building, 2500 m3 volume safety fire tank, raw storage area with plot area 3600 m2, substation plot with area 225 m2, and 250 m2 labor accommodation with plot area. Collaborated with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners and surveyors for efficient operations. Conducted site surveys; reviewed plans, drawings and calculations for accuracy. Daily site management including supervising and monitoring site labor force and subcontractors.

SITE ENGINEER
Supervised two projects including erection of 25 units type B and 32 units type C pre-cast buildings with shuttering, grouting and steel fixing, and directing shuttering and steel fixing work on mosque with Manarah and Imam house, clubhouse and tennis court. Pre-cast building project involved technical support for problem resolution, daily report generation, and coordinating project schedules and timelines. Mosque project entailed determining project feasibility, drafting reports detailing costs and deadlines, conducting quality and compliance inspections, and inspecting buildings for safety and durability.
