Provided financial planning and analytical support to senior management for the following product lines: Drill Bits Manufacturing, Chief Technology Research Centers, Geosciences, and Direct Marketing.

• Maintained tight cost control during worst industry down-turn in recent history by providing timely monthly quality financial data and assisting operations management in monitoring and executing cost reduction strategies.

• Avoided losing technical capabilities in spite of significant work force reduction, allowing company to be ready for upturn.

Finance Manager North America (NA) Logistics (2015) Provided financial oversight for NA logistics support group for all divisions including compliance with policies, procedures and vendor management. Addressed audit issues and implemented solutions

• Negotiated new vendor contracts, allowing 100% of the freight invoices to be systematically audited reduced overcharges and duplicate payments by more than $6 million in 6 months.

Country Financial Controller Nigeria (2007 – 2010) Held joint responsibility with the Managing Director for the P&L and balance sheet; provided oversight for finance and business management for company operations in Nigeria.

• Implemented a compliance culture to comply with the Foreign Corrupt Practice Act (FCPA) and Sarbanes-Oxley.
