Project #1

Title : Enterprise Credit Risk Information System

Client : Bank of America

Role : Systems Engineer

Environment : Talend, Informatica, UNIX shell scripting, Teradata, Autosys

Roles & Responsibilities:

Worked independently on a module to design and establish the movement of data from a legacy system to a new proposed system.

Provided inputs to prepare estimates for my project module.

Analyzed Informatica mappings and coded equivalent mappings on Talend.

Created a data model for the proposed module which received many appreciations from the client and was included in the Project Design documents.

Individually prepared the ETL low level design documents and test cases for my project module.

Involved in Coding, Unit Testing and System Integration phases.

Actively participated in the production release process.

Communicated and worked alongside onsite leads, managers and client contractors on a regular basis and presented defects report and weekly status reports for my module.

Title : Campaign Marketing Project Initiative

Individually created the ETL low level design and test case documents for the project.

Developed mappings in Informatica to load the data from various sources using various transformations, into target (Teradata) database.

Created Autosys jobs using shell scripts - to create, schedule, monitor and send the messages in case of process success/failures.

Created UNIX shell scripts for the scheduling of the Informatica jobs and file handling.
