As a Shift Manager at McDonald’s, my additional daily responsibilities include positioning crew in order to successfully run the shift and meet daily targets. I complete Food Safety and make sure that product quality and customer service regions are up to standard. As a manager it is also my duty to resolve customer issues and manage the tills and deposits.

Upon completion of the Crew Trainer course, I began to train new staff who were starting their employment at McDonald’s. This consisted of teaching trainees different areas in the store and how to serve product and customers.

Through my work experience at the AAP I worked with and constructed interviews and stories with qualified journalists and photographers as well as broadening my experience with media technology and navigating through the city as an observing journalist.

I am a highly focused and motivated person, both within the academic field and a workplace environment. I am determined to learn, and I consider myself to be very reliable and organised. I am confident and enjoy being a leader, something which I discovered a passion for, during my time as a co-captain for McCristal House at St Bede’s in year 12.
I am a passionate footballer, playing for the Beaumaris Sharks. I train twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday nights, with a Saturday game from April through September. Aside from football, I make my work and University my priority, while also devoting my free time to other sporting events, such as WWE, soccer and tennis.
