I am a very detail orientated self starter with an obsession on quality and 28 years experience in commercial construction from ground ups to rehabilitations. The majority of my experience has been in Facility maintenance and construction. I have many years experience in tenant fit-out projects and turn-key construction as well as all aspects of residential construction. I am able estimate from set up to completion, the due diligence can and will make or break a project. I believe my commitment to customer service is second to none; I have always approached my relationship with customers and co-workers as family. I am very confident in my abilities to diagnose problems and communicate to customers, co-workers, and sub contractors what needs to be done and the best, most cost efficient way to do it. I am computer literate, able to create forms and drawings on the computer along with Word, Microsoft, Excel and some Microsoft project. I am also familiar with Service Channel and Corrigo work order systems. I believe there is nothing I can’t learn or improve with a little time and hard work. I take a tremendous amount of pride in my work and my ability to get things done not only on time but ahead of schedule. My greatest accomplishment was to complete a multimillion dollar project that was schedule for 120 days in 87 days, With proper planning the execution is the easy part.

I recently returned to this company formerly called CBM now operating as DMC Facility Services as the Maintenance Manager. My duties included planning and scheduling several in house tech`s as well as hiring subcontractors to perform maintenance for many casual and fast food chains. The company was based out of the South Jersey area any serviced the 5 state area including NJ, PA, DE, MD, NY. Was responsible for 40 to 50 projects a week including Planning, scheduling, material purchasing for in house tech`s as well as and subcontractor projects. I worked in direct contact with Customers, Managers, Facility managers and specialists to meet their needs on daily and 24 hour emergency basis as needed. Familiar with all ADA codes and Health safety issues that are required in the restaurant industry as well as Eco Sure issues required by health dept.

Project manager for new, ground up construction of casual dining restaurants responsible for coordination between general contractors and venders. Also, I provided existing stores with maintenance and repair services from contractors to in house maintenance. During the 7+ years with Quality Dining performed a preventative maintenance program for 14 stores and general maintenance for 13 others in the company’s chain. I have been support for not only 27 General Managers but 5 or 6 Area Directors and the Director of East Coast Operations on a regular basis. I have earned an EPA certification for Refrigeration and have an extensive network of Vendors and Contractors that I can call at any time for any emergency that may come up.
