Project 1 Title: Molecular modeling studies of substituted 6-arylquinazolin-4-amine based on Physico-chemical properties as CLK4 inhibitors using 3D-QSAR and docking.

Aimed basic target of work to allow the design of some novel anti-mitotic compounds using CoMFA/ CoMSIA and docking analysis and forward for further evaluation

In response to the ever increasing demand for novel drugs against HIV, performed project work on HIV-1 Phthalimide derivative compounds having inhibitory activity for HIV1 Integrase
