Site Acquisition Development Manager
• Site Development Manager for wireless site development projects. Completed projects for Sprint, Verizon, Crown Castle and T-Mobile
• Experience with lease review, lease consent, amendments, and easements for both new site builds and site modification projects.
• Completed numerous agreements for transport/fiber to cell as well.
• Support from search ring to network integration in all types of wireless projects.
• Work experience in multiple major markets.
• All major carriers including extensive Turf contracts. In addition ready for small cell work.

Market Deployment Manager
• Responsible for managing the deployment department for the company's implementation of the new 3G Technology in Southern Louisiana.
• Included amending all existing leases.
