Summary of Qualifications:

Provide onsite services to do discovery across IT legacy divisions to collect and report information regarding network backups, local IT contacts, server equipment per location and related technical information.

Document, organize, and maintain a SharePoint database to provide actionable information from generated reports.

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.

Identify inventory discrepancies and troubleshoot to rectify problems.

Troubleshoot/diagnose computer system problems and responsible for resolving computer hardware problems for those systems deployed in the field. Contact outsourced technicians and dispatch accordingly for maintenance or repair of computer hardware.

Responsible for ensuring that all company personnel are properly vetted, trained, certified, and contractually compliant prior to deployment into various high threat and low threat theaters around the world. Coordinating travel for deployed individuals to ensure safety and reliability of transportation.
