PROJECT:

Completed a Project of “Reduction in LQ Rejections” at BOSCH Ltd. The main objective is to reduce the rejection of the fuel injection pumps due to unequal delivery of the fuel from the different cylinders of the same pump. This can be achieved by optimizing theelement (Plunger / Barrel) specifications. These unequal delivery of the fuel can damage either the Engine crankshaft or can lose control of the engine. The Optimization of the plunger can increase the spill cut-off of the pump. There by decreasing the production time and increasing the overall quality of the pump.
