The organization caters the need of its valued customers through its representatives all over India and also Asian countries. The Organization is having state of art mother machine such as slide-way grinders and Plano-millers from waldrich coburg, vertical and horizontal machining centres, SIP & MAS make Jig borers, devlieg jigmills and studer and fortuna make cylindrical grinders to aid machining of high precision components that go into the finished machines.

ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER :

Responsibilities

Using computer-aided design to create detailed designs and specifications.

Designing Wiring diagrams for CNC Machines (Fanuc, Siemens & Mitsubishi) as per customer requirements.

Experience with reading Electrical Schematics to design Electrical cabinet, Panel layouts.

Provide a successful design of non-standard Cabinet to meet Customer requirements.

Designed different types of Panel layouts pertaining to large & small horse power drive systems, AC & DC drive, Power Supplies, Relays etc.

Control and maintain the design standard of the products.

Study of the wiring drawings of Lathe & VMC’s, tracing problems and resolving it..

Releasing the Electrical items required for Lathe’s & VMC’s in SAP in Production Module.

Creating new stock numbers for Electrical items in SAP in Production Module .

Selection of Transformer, Voltage Stabilizer and other switch gear equipments as per standards.

Assisting in Production, Checking and filling all technical documentaion, which includes making Bill of Materials.

Selection of cables based on thermal, Short circuit & Voltage drop.

Selection of Switch Gear based on breaking, making & Short time Capacity IT SKILLS & PROFICIENCY :
