JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Daily site activities and apply permit to work for day to day and seek approval from clients and conduct tool box meeting prior to start work.

2.Scaffolding maintenance work, materials ordering & controlling, daily scaffold request and timesheet for client approval.

3.Daily supervision of sub contractors scaffolding crews.

4.Supervision of all kind of scaffolds erection, dismantling modification,mobilization and etc,of sub contractor scaffolding crews.

5.To ensure the scaffolding of sub contractor procedure, specification standards are included and follow, in work scaffolding erecting, construction and dismantling.

6.Advise proper work practices, ensure compliance to relevant standards & HSE policies.

7.Inspection of all scaffolding equipment &necessary equipment.

8.Review and approve all sub contractor lift studies and where necessary, the engineering of heavy/critical/dual lifts.

9.Review and approve sub contractors engineered scaffolding submittals and where necessary, the engineering of heavy load, high lift and hanging scaffolds.

10.Regular inspection of subcontractors scaffolds and registers.

11.To ensure all scaffold material are good condition and free from defects, scaffolds have attached indicating (TAG) safe or not be used of sub contractor.

12.Plans and supervises the daily of scaffolding activities of sub contractor.

13.Contract foreman, includes planning and scheduling routine work, responding to emergency work in conjunction with planning engineer.

14.Ensures the standers and quality of work executed by the scaffolding term contractor, including erection/dismantling of scaffolding, routine scaffolding service, etc.

15.Submits written reports on quality of contractors services to ensure correct allocation of labor/materials cost,etc.

16.Prepares daily reports on scaffolding term contractor listing the job in progress and the category and number of work allocated to each job, so that compliance with term contract can be verified.

17.Provides opportunities for training and development of employees under his direction.

18.Conduct routine inspections at job site.

19.Explain to the work force emergency response procedures, safety shelter, assembly point, emergency alarm code, safety shower and break glass location.

20.Advising construction manager on lifting and scaffolding issues,and etc
