–2009 L ead Versar’s Title II, quality assurance and construction management operations for over 130 projects valued at over $6.4 Billion dollars, throughout all Iraq regions. Responsible for scheduling of operations, training, and shipboard certification for all guided missile destroyers and coastal patrol craft vessels homeported in Norfolk and Little Creek, Virginia.

USS BAINBRIDGE (DDG 96) Norfolk, VA 2004 – 2006

Deputy to the Operations Officer, responsible for a department of 80 crewmembers. Responsible for the shipboard and training qualification standards of 305 crew members. Accountable for validation of all shipboard operational certifications and training metrics, to include internal and external training reports associated with USS BAINBRIDGE and crew.

● Pre Commissioned the BAINBRIDGE, establishing the foundation for the Training program by authoring the Training and Personal Qualification Standard instructions.

● Personally managed an annual training budget of approximately $200,000.

● Qualified as Engineering Officer of the Watch (EOOW/Gas Turbine) (2006).

● Proposal written and won for an Iraqi Special Forces Life Support Area Installation: $ 1.5 Million dollar construction installation of a complete Life Support Area facility to include all land survey, design, generator and electrical wiring installation, T-Walls, trailers, parking, and office facilities for approximately 100 individuals at Victory Base Compound in Baghdad, Iraq.

● Northrop Grumman housing construction project at Kabul Afghanistan International Airport: Project manager for a $1 million dollar personnel housing facility.

● USAID Energy and Water Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract: Professionally led the Business Development coordination for prime and multiple sub-contracting firms and management of technical proposal writing efforts for a combined award of five energy and water IDIQ contracts with a ceiling of $750,000,000 over five years.

● Air Force Center For Engineering and Environment (AFCEE) Title II, Quality Assurance Engineering Services Project: Approximately $6.4 Billion US Dollars in construction projects throughout Iraq and Afghanistan 2007-2009. Role: Deputy Program Manager and Director of International Business Development, captured and managed over $57 million dollars of new work in three years.
