(Computations Life Office Administration System), a full function software package developed by Computations
(CSC) to handle major administration functions for Life Assurance. CLOAS is a comprehensive database system, designed to automate the life offices. The front-end application used for CLOAS is GUICLOAS developed in Delphi 5.0 and Delphi 7.0. This product has been customized to suit WFS (Westpac Financial Services) requirements and has since then, been undergoing number of changes due to regulatory/statutory changes imposed by the Australian Government.

The Citibank integrated lockbox system is modified to support ARC conversion of eligible checks as per NACHA
(National automated clearing house association) rules and returns processing of any ARC checks originated by the TMS ARC System. The TMS ARC system is modified to have a new database to the existing db server to upload information for ACH Items.

The Financial Management Service (FMS) of the US Treasury is currently engaged in a new initiative with several banks that provide wholesale lockbox processing. This initiative will provide FMS with the data and images required to complete ACH or Check 21 transaction processing. The five main tasks in this project included:
