Performed routine maintenance on BMS and DDC Systems, MUA, VAV,PIU,FUC,RTU,AHU,VAVR system, compresses air and building air,dampers, sequester repairs and assist on major equipment repairs including appliances, kitchen and laundry equipment, boilers, HVAC, hand power tools and perform the following duties plumbing repairs/replacement sinks commodes, lavatories and there component’s, lock and door lock, smoke alarm, screen’s and roofing inspection/roof repair, change a/c filter’s plus appliance repair’s such as stove, oven, broken window and carpet and pad repair/replacement pipe line, kitchen and laundry equipment. Checked electrical such as wiring, receptacles, light fixtures, and all defective parts.
