Ø Ford new model vehicles are introduced in the demo. Added to it the dealers can access the details of accessories sales and product sales.

Contribution:

Ø Worked on displaying the customer details in the grid with the specified time period by selecting the time and region from the drop down in grid from the linq database server.

Tool Used: Visual Studio 2015, Linq.

Support:

The route cause and solution for the incidents raised by the customer will be analyzed and the same will be implemented.

Tool Used: Visual Studio 2010, 2012 and 2013. QA for incident tracking.

2. Web Development

The project involves enhancement of existing applications through adding new features with the existing application without affecting the ground business rule.

For the new feature corresponding test cases will be written and the same will be executed.

Ø Developed a feature to upload / download files both from the customer end and the firm end for internal incident tracking system(Direct-trac).

Ø Developed a feature to resolve e-mails with file attachment goes to junk mailbox.
