. Install shim packs into turbines.

. Maintain repair install factory equipment and machinery

. Insert shims, adjust tensions or position machinery using handtools and measuring instruments to set specified clearances between moving and stationary parts.

. Align machines and equipment using handtools and power tools.

. Assembled and installed equipment using hand tools and power tools.

. Install conveyor systems, pumps, motors.

06/2016-11/2016 Overland Contracting Inc(contract) Millwright Ft. Myers FL. Installed 2 GE diesel Turbines for FPL (Ft. Myers Fl). Installed and aligned pumps, motors, check valves, ball valves using handtools, wrenches, shims etc. Also installed, torched and pressure checked the pipes and components installed. Installed Fin Fans and also had to check and set critical clearances and angles of blade along with installing and setting the tensions of all belts. (Startup Team/Commission) Responsible for pressure and operational testing and checking of complete systems such as fuel oil systems and finfan and complete cooling systems. 04/2015-05/2016 HKA Enterprises/CH2M Hill (Contract)Millwright-Alaska. Install, aligned pumps and motors. Install valves, check valves Flash gas compressors, conveyor systems. Also assisted turbine crew installing shim packs into turbines.
