Receive product in and check for shorts,damages. Put product away in there designated area,and rotate old product with new product. Check inventory on a day by day basis,and responsible for returns and damages.

Drexel operator responsible for picking,packing, and scanning orders with a handheld scanner. Load and unload trucks either by hand or forklift. Assemble pallets for display, wrap and secure displays to pallets. Wrap and weight orders according to UPS or FEDEX. On certain occasions I would manage a crew of 4 guys,making sure their orders were accurate with no shorts or overages. Made sure they kept clean and organized work area. Did a walk through making sure all bay doors, each lifts were charging, and all scanners are signed and returned.

Dough handler responsible for weighing and laminating the dough. Store the dough a freezer, always rotating the dough by dates. Pull the older dough every night for the next day. Use forklift to pull, and sort products by there LOT dates, dispose of all out date product or damaged.
