Responsible for pulling and delivering reports to factory floor in timely manner. Required to operate IBM IMAGEWRITER printers. Tasks include operating electric scooters to make multiple deliveries over 80 acre area of assembly plant. Responsible for all production jobs, files and applications via use of OPC/Tivoli scheduler software. After successful Y2K, assisted in developing a new Test Center for CitiMortgage. Worked as part of Customer Support group. Developed procedures for all processes involved in building Test Center and running of Daily Batch Schedules. Ran Unit Applications Test of all developer changes prior to putting into production. Use of INFOMAN for System Trouble Reports.
