Designed and implemented virtualization of existing enterprise infrastructure across 3 different physical locations each with multiple networks (LAN) utilizing Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization (RHEV). Architected to be fully redundant and highly available.(HA) Each data center consists of 3 hypervisors in addition to 2 SAN units directly connected across a 10GB ISCSI dedicated network. The SAN units consisted of at least 100 TB's, raided in various manners depending upon the location and need. Designed to be effective while still being cost efficient. Most importantly, the solution is 100% scalable throughout. The virtualization was seamless for the user base.

Redesigned structure of network files from being hosted on multiple servers with no organization or user/group security to a stable solution on a single file server with group based and user based security.
Redesigned backup solution to perform daily backup to disks and then have a weekly rotation of backup tapes from the disks residing at an off-site location.
