Provided support to HR Business Partners in delivering strategic compensation guidance and advice to business leaders for all non-executive roles. Provided analytical support in the design of compensation plans, as required. Supported new hire or internal out of cycle compensation decision making by modelling required recommendations.
Participated in several salary surveys and compensation planning surveys. Used survey results for compensation modelling and forecasting.

Benefits – Provided operational support for the Group Retirement Program and Group Medical Plans such as managing suspensions and death benefits, demographic upload, audit of vendor services and contribution files, and invoicing, responding to enquiries from employees and managers regarding benefits policies and procedures, assisting employees with completion of benefit forms, and liaising with benefits providers to resolve escalated problems.

Data management – design and manage comprehensive monthly HRIS Audit in PeopleSoft and mileage system to ensure that employee records are accurately maintained and are in compliance with policy.
PeopleSoft - Recommend design changes in PeopleSoft modules and provide support in testing, maintaining PeopleSoft tables and data interfaces with third party systems and payroll, and provide functional expertise for implementation of PeopleSoft HCM 9.0. Created employee documentation templates for hiring, demographic changes and terminations to improve documentation and increase efficiencies. Created NOC classification for company-wide positions. Reviewed and redefined divisional & departmental mapping with cost codes in PeopleSoft. Provided PeopleSoft integration and third party systems support for integration of new company acquisition in 2013.
