SUMMARY
My objective is to use the skills that I have gained through my experiences working in Hospitality. I am a 13-year veteran that has worked her way through the many layers of hospitality. I am a firm believer of standards and of what goes for one, goes for all. Assist with prep and any request from managerial staff to ensure stores ability to function at its fullest potential.

For initial hire, started as Grill Cook. Responsibilities soon expanded to other areas of the line such as, Appetizer and Sauté Cook, then Expediter for Back and Front of the House. Due to proven skills and leadership, I was rewarded the title of Certified Trainer and Culinary Assistant after required classes and tests. Soon recognition for my professionalism, led to the workshop completion of Foundations of Leadership and chosen for the Culinary Professional position, which is a shift leader. Throughout these positions, I have inputted and completed truck orders, trained upcoming trainers, handled inquiry reports for incoming monies, and interacted with guest to resolve issues.

For initial hire, started as dishwasher. Due to proven displace of reliance and hard work I gained the responsibilities of Production. With continued expansion of skills and attention to detail, I then gained the responsibilities of Grill Cook with no experience but because management trusted, I would work hard. Soon after, I became the Head Grill Cook.
