Proactively initiate fraud investigations from civilian individuals, employees, and business entities against private individuals, police personal, large and small businesses, banks or governmental victims. Responsibilities include collection of both documentary and testimonial evidence; directing investigators; hands on supervision of Unit Assistant District Attorneys. The scope of the proactive cases prosecuted were white collar crimes as deed and Medicaid frauds as well as reactive crimes. My supervisory duties include in court direction of assigned attorneys, investigator work assignments, management reporting and tracking of investigations and ongoing litigation.

Assistant District Attorney, Public Assistance Crimes/ Investigations (September 2000-March 2003)

Proactively investigate fraud allegations, collective evidence, perform Grand Jury presentations and prosecute Welfare, Medicaid, forged prescription. Food Stamp and State Unemployment frauds to jury verdicts. Verdicts have included imprisonment, civil Orders, betterment programs (e.g. Alcoholics Anonymous, anger management, etc.). Non court room responsibilities included motions, warrant orders, subpoenas and search warrants for both my cases and other attorneys.

Senior Project Cost Engineer, Electric Transmission (July 1993- September 2000)

Capital Investment advisor to the Vice-President of Electric Transmission evaluating the before during and afterwards. This specifically involved prioritizing proposed investment projects, tracking their projected financial/ installation milestones, and evaluating post-installation financial returns. This included the Electric System’s Control Center’s computer system and well as a year-long remote assignment to the corporate migration to SAP and its Project Systems Corporate Module. Duties also included engineering involvement of technical investments to comply with State and FERC compliances, introduction of new transmission facilities and processes

Engineer /Senior Project Engineer, Engineering & Construction Department (Garduation - July 1993)

Engineering work which designed, procured, evaluated and managed more than 75 power plant, switching station automation projects as well as the central electric system operation control center. Accountable for all technical aspects, critical path milestones, and cash flow compliance. Projects required coordination within and outside the Enterprise including resource management, vendor negotiations and contractual adherence, multiple job-site installation supervision, through startup and as installed final acceptance testing. Project coordination required managing up two dozen IBEW and outside trade union employees, coordination with interfacing equipment and field personnel and overall technical support.
