- Answered phone calls throughout the day for all locations in Queens. Answered phone calls which involved scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments for patients. Answer any questions they may have, such as if we received their fax, are there any preparations for this, do you accept my insurance,etc. Call doctor offices for missing information that the patient may not know.
