SCALE TECHNICIAN

HOUSTON SCALE CO - July 2013 to Present

As a scale technician my job is to calibrate and certify all scales using NTEP standards ( National Type Evaluation Program), to maintain, test and repair a variety of instrumentation and equipment. My primary job is to make sure that instruments, gauges and testing devices are calibrated correctly and give accurate readings. Some examples include lab, tank, floor, truck, and any other scale that needs to be legal-for-trade. I also performed installations often times in high stress environments to get companies up and running to continue business.

ELECTRICIANS ASSISTANT

DALLIS ELECTRIC - July 2011 to September 2012

As an electricians assistant I was responsible for basic installs including switches, relays, 120V/240V/480V, solenoids, valves, motors, pumps, sensors, and actuators. Ability to work without supervision and to complete tasks as set on time and on schedule.
