Currently working as Tech Supervisor Nagpur (Rural) Center with Virgo Softech Ltd (Rural) Center as Technical Supervisor from 2013 – Till date.

Roles and responsibilities:

Responsible for supervising a team of 12 Candidates working in smart optical card project of RTO Department at Nagpur (Rural) Center.

Responsible for implementation of LAN cable installation and of IBM desktop & IBM server with a network of 12 PCs.

Computer as technical support engineer responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting hardware related issues.

Resolving hardware & Paper tech. problem related issues by communication with system engineers.

Managing Backup (server Database, etc)

Daily uploading backup to Head office i.e Data Center of Project.

Daily Reporting to Head office.
