Serving The Ministry of Works on Behalf of CELLMEC Engineering since 2012 in different Projects, major duties includes but not limited to maintenance of SCADA System Including Support to the SEOMD Engineers, Troubleshooting of existing PLC and Communication Issues and Support to different contractors working MOW. While working for the MOW, with the Co-ordination and Support of SEOMD Engineers, Up-graded the Treated Eff. Project 2: North Sitra Sewage Treatment Plant, MoW, Bahrain

Working as a Project Engineer, PLC Commissioning, Developing SCADA Systems and Process control systems for treatment plant in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Key Languages/Development Tools are LabVIEW, NI Field points, Siemens PLC.

Automation of Sewage water treatment plant using the latest start of the art technology from National Instruments. The sewage plant has 7 Different Motor Control Centre (MCC) for various treatment operations. MCC’s has Fiber Optics to a Main Control centre comprising of a Hp Server with redundant system for Data logging and Data processing. Advanced functions are used for the safety and security of the logged data.

Role & Responsibilities:

Project Engineer (Erection, Commissioning & Operation)

As a Project Engineer for the project team of 4, has the responsibilities of design of Process Control Systems, design of Network and Control System Architectures, Integration of new system with the existing PLC systems, Preparation and Execution of Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance tests .

Attend project meetings and review the project progress.

Evaluate and approve the technical and functional specifications prepared by the solution provider.

Design, develop and implement the system in NI’s Hardware and Software.

Prepare business process document and Project Handbook document detailing cross functional responsibilities, resulting from complex interface.

Configure NI’s Database Application for Data logging and Data processing.

Working as a Project Engineer, Commissioning & Testing, In Tubli Sewage VoMM Plant, Bahrain. For Design and Develop the New Pumping Station VFD Control. And so Developing PLC Wirings and Design the SCADA for the VFD on MCC for Various IO’s of the Sewage Plant. The Development Tools are Mitsubishi MELSEC Power, Analog I/O’s, Digital I/O’s, 24Vdc Relays.
