July01- to May06: As a Senior Mechanical Engineer my duty was to prepare shop drawings, order materials, recommend subcontractors, & execute the mechanical scope for the following projects: Dar Jana Housing plan I & II (Riyadh) project value SR 180,000,000.00.; my role was to design & execute HVAC, & plumbing work for 62 Duplex Villas with 62 different owner, including production of shop drawings, contractual agreements, site inspections, progress payments, & purchase orders. 1. Being in the position of owner’s representative, main contractor, & consultant; my duty includes market purchases, sizing, & installation of all mechanical equipments (HVAC sizing, ducting, grills, pumps, central water heaters, circulating & submersible pumps, Irrigation systems, swimming pools equipments, Jacuzzis, saunas, sanitary fixtures, mixers, accessories, pipes, & fittings) including the quantity balance of each item. 2. Redesign & execution of swimming pools & irrigation networks. 3. Producing monthly execution reports, & monetary requirements for the following month

• Redesign & Execution of Khaled Al_Hamidi palace (Riyadh) HVAC design was composed of package & wall split units, central water heater, swimming pool of overflow type, & irrigation network.

• Execution of two Private Villa in Jeddah with chilled water type HVAC design All above-mentioned jobs were revised, priced, & evaluation of bids & proposals was performed over a number of subcontractors & suppliers.

August 98 – june01 As a Mechanical Engineer, I was in charge of duties as follows: 1. Saquala Garden in Abhor execution of mechanical works, testing-commissioning & preparing as-built drawings 2. Al-Nawras Island resort in Jeddah execution of mechanical supply network to 100 villas

& execution of HVAC system for the power plant of the project 3. Pilgrim’s accommodation phase III (Makkah). execution of electro-mechanical work related to 1’200 tent 4.
