Project Description :

Rabobank is based in Netherlands. It is one of the leading bank in Europe in providing financial services to businesses and retail customers. The Rabobank's 'CRM 2005+ programme' project uses Siebel CRM as main technology. The customer related banking solution is completely managed by Siebel CRM's Financial Services module. The sales and marketing processes defined in this solution helps Rabobank to track the existing and probable customers Responsibilities :

Configuring using Siebel tools to define/modify objects- BCs, Applets, Views, and Screens to suit the typical customer requirement

Created Joins, Links, Picklists, Pick Applets etc. as per requirements

Creating Extension Column in Base table as per customer requirement

Creating or modifying Script in the Business services, Applets,etc.

Configuring Workflows and Task Based UI as per the client requirement.

Solving all the Production support tasks

Designed the mappings, configured the IFB files, PL/SQL routines and EIM Jobs for various Siebel entities such as opportunities, service requests, orders, activities, contacts, assets, accounts etc.

Configuration of Pick Lists, Drilldowns and Applets for Opportunity and Service Request entities.

Using SQL for database extraction and making reports. We use TOAD to connect to Oracle database and then extract the data.
