Managed and ensured the safety of all network servers (2008) and peripherals. Monitored workstations with Symantec Anti-virus software and servers were protected by Trend Micro. Routinely scheduled MS security patches on workstations and servers.

Managed email and Active Directory administration, created accounts and mailboxes, Outlook clients, assigned permissions, created group and personal shares. Add/delete users, user permissions, security groups, and distribution lists.
