Support includes 15 servers, local and wide area topology in Token Ring and Ethernet, collapsed backbone technology, T1 equipment, Cabletron hubs and associated hardware.

The user community consists of 600+ clients. Network platforms include native Vines, Vines on SCO UNIX, and Windows NT.

Support of PC software packages including the Microsoft Office Suite, Word Perfect, Paradox, Lotus, AutoCAD, Windows, Windows 95, and OS/2.

Support DOS versions 2.0 through 6.22 and Windows 95. Wrote Help Desk Program in paradox for easier tracking and assigning of tasks to support the user community in June 1995. Updated program using Microsoft Access in 1997.

Have deep knowledge and working experience in TCP/IP, OSI, network and routing protocols on Linux/Microsoft/Apple servers and Cisco routing equipment. Also have extensive experience in DNS/DHCP, AD/LDAP, IIS & Apache, file and print sharing utilizing SMB/SAMBA and WINS. Have taught basic and intermediate classes on Cisco 2550 and 2850 switches (Layer 2) and routers (Layer 3) and switches encompassing RIP, EIGRP, ACL's, and DHCP (when needed).
