oRecord, analyze results. Report system abnormalities (coding, logic errors, data handling, computation, interface, design, functional and technical defects) when found, recommend solutions, track and retest.

Monitor and communicate testing progress to management and end users.

Coordinate and participate in technical reviews and end user requirement sessions, including assist in end user training.

Liaison for end users to address, track system issues, irregularities and defects in the Request Forms.

Provide production support where the administrative system is either inaccurate or does not support a function. Propose interim solutions and procedural changes.

Train junior analysts on how to write business requirements, identify unit and system test cases, and define expected results. Assign and prioritize tasks as well as oversee work to ensure understanding.

Assist junior analysts to analyze causes of discrepancies when found and document.

Ensure all testing documentation is approved with signature
