Spectrum Mechanical specializes in construction projects, retrofits and full mechanical services. We have developed many working relationships and have completed numerous Mechanical projects in the high-rise, commercial and industrial sectors.

Role

Monitor field work in the construction industry, including contract work, to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, client specifications and codes.

Managed expectations of stakeholders and monitor reports and communicate progress of projects to stakeholders

Perform Quantity Take-offs from Drawings of all Mechanical equipment and obtain quotations from Contractors and Sub Trades as well as maintain various logs for individual projects including RFI’s, Change Notices and Progress Draws.
