Provide Oracle database administration for a large children’s hospital. Add, modify or remove users, roles, privileges, profiles, and other data accesses. Monitor, tune, and troubleshoot database and application issues. Perform Oracle database backups and Recovery using RMAN. Coordinate routine database / application activities with IT staff. Diagnose and report critical errors to Oracle Support Services. Monitor database activity and file usage to remove or delete old or obsolete files.

Selected Highlights

Maintained availability of client production system by performing system backups, restorations, cloning functions as well as refreshing databases and applications.
