S&S Activewear is a wholesaler of blank apparel selling to screen printers, embroiderers and
promotional products companies. In 2004 hired as a Customer Service Representative for
inbound call center. Handled customer calls for placing orders, tracking, stock checks,
pricing and other general inquiries as well as some escalated calls. In 2005 assigned specific
large accounts to handle and early 2006 Assistant Customer Service Manager position is
created for me. October of 2006 promoted to Customer Service Manager of approximately
25+ CSRs in the call center. The management position included hiring, training, coaching and
monitoring quality of calls. Other duties included disciplinary actions including terminating
employees, monitoring CSRs productivity including number of orders taken, lines and errors,
then coaching employees when needed to help increase their productivity and order quality.
