Project Manager

Senior Tool Install and new construction Project Manager for factory R&D, Labs and Sort facilities. Organizing and managing 20+ million in project scope and budget, while overseeing 7 operational functional areas with more than 200+ projects in flight. Mentoring 2 Jr project managers and maintaining a motivated construction coordination CMS team in 9 operational buildings. Provided construction management White Boards point-of-contact (PoC) for all construction tool install functional areas.

Interfaced with the Intel Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Tool Owners on design / build issue field resolution. Supplied White Book (WB) Scope Document Criteria (SDC) coordination, refined the WB-SDC procedures checklist, and developed a Performance against Schedule (PAS) tracking table for End of Project (EOP) projections, as well as resource / headcount requirements.

Developed efficiency and effectiveness procedures for the Tool Install Request for Information (RFI) system.

Industrial Engineer

PoC for all Sort Tool installation / demonstration, scope-of-work, and location-specific design packages.
