Maintenance of Control Room, Siemens PLC Panels (I/O modules, Magnetic Contactors, Relays, SEW Movidrives, Opto-couplers, Encoders, IR Position sensors, AC motors, Timers, Counters).

To write specifications for electrical equipment, prepare calculations for load, short circuit current and motor starting torque.

Cable sizing, calculation and selection.

Cable lying and termination of Motors, switch gear and MCC panels.

Prepared designs for low voltage switchgear, earthling& grounding system, motor controls, power/lighting distribution boards and speed control

Requisition, installation, checkout and commissioning of Motors, substation layout designs, cable routing layout designs.

Responsible for the minimum down time of the plant.

Responsible for the maximum daily production.

Responsible for the maintenance of the transport section.

Responsible for the arrangement of the raw material to maximize the production.
