Provided USG/USAF on-site contractor oversight in support of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program and the F-16 bed-down Project in Balad, Iraq. Monitored the performance of a number of contractors over a multi-discipline infrastructure and capital engineering projects to include Construction, Base Life Support Systems and Security.

Designed and developed five separate reports that were distributed on a weekly basis, which effectively communicated field program status to the client.

Performed at a high level and was instrumental in the government exercising taking the Second Option Year on the contract despite a work stoppage at the Balad Air Force base Adapted to numerous field and security challenges, single-handedly held down the fort in Balad till more help arrived.
