Spearheaded the full adoption of a new comprehensive Quality Management Software Tool (HP Quality Center) to be utilized for both formal validation activities and informal iterative Sprint testing.

Advocated and successfully implemented additional automation testing, leading to a minimum of one Tester per Sprint Team being focused 100% on test automation and quality process improvement.

Managed the transition to a new Defect Management Systems (HP Quality Center) from an obsolete legacy system that no longer met the needs of the organization and was challenging to maintain.

Collaborated with cross-functional team managers to reduce the amount of documentation generated for each product release. This effort reduced documentation by 20% and reducing testing redundancy by 25%.
