I interface with engineers at various companies, such as refineries and petrochemical plants, to install aerogel insulation effectively and efficiently utilizing their given specifications and needs.

I carry out heat transfer calculations to apply insulation for heat conservation, condensation control, personal protection etc.

I develop calculators using Excel for varying projects for unique heat transfer needs.

Designed and tested a new process for coating equipment to include a recycle stream which significantly reduced waste and cut down on operating time.

Drafted a membrane measuring tool in SolidWorks based on data from physical measurements and trends created with Excel.

Calibrated and tested newly purchased membrane trimming equipment before training operators on the machines operating procedures.
