1.The project failed and the company has to shut the operations. 2.Commercial Production delay by 8mnths,Failed in Assessing exact capital required for project. 3. Failed in building up a team,Failed in maintaning debt equity ratio,debts were very high. 4. Failed to bring the company into profitability because of cash crunch and heavy capital expenditure and huge debts and accoordingly the company could not Break even. Learnings

1.The delayed project becomes a sick unit from the day one. 2. Where cost is uncertain and unacurate, escalation fund at an primary level is necessary. 3.You need a team to execute all the task smoothly and you need a performer in all the departments to excel and strike Gold.

4.Availability of Debt is not an substitute of Equity. 5. You need a plan B and C from day one considering all the extreme pssibilities. 6. Repayment of loans and interest should be always a year later from date of production. 7. High debt equity ratio is cancer, compromise on team building is slow poison. 8. For Profitability, all the performers have to perfom in the same direction with right timing. Career objective

Working as an proffessional as well as an enterpreneur I have experienced and lived both the lifes and the understanding I have developed about myself is I am more of a performer and and I can outperform more as an proffessional, While enterpreneur is being much more than being a performer and I have experienced being a performer satisfies me much more along with I have accumlated the knowlegde to differciate between enterpreneur and proffessional performer.
