Duties includes maintenance for three different complexes. Each complex having 12 two bedroom apartments equaling 36 two bedroom apartments. Preparing apartments for new tenants which includes prep and painting of entire unit along with replacing any damage drywall, flooring and windows along with up keep of existing tenants. Assembling baby cribs, bedroom furniture, office desk, and shelving. Installing new appliances and replacing any bathroom and kitchen fixture and lighting. Landscaping and snow removal

Receiving daily work orders which include replace or hanging new drywall. Prim and prep for painting using the correct equipment such as rolling, brushing, or spraying. Daily inspection of all eleven floors and evaluate the building to insure that each and every floor is in good condition as far as electrical, drywall, fixtures in bathroom, heating and cooling, and flooring. Matching the correct paint color or finishing’s to maintain the look of the building. Writing up work orders.

PAINTERS DUTIES

•Receiving work orders for electronic parts from government contracts (Lockheed Martin 90% of govt. contract)

•Reading blueprint to determine what kind of primer or paints and tools need to mask parts and to complete the project.

•Prime and paint parts using one or two parts mix using viscosity cups to insure the correct mixture. All paints are one, two or three parts mix. Paints used are polane, epoxy, stains, vanish and acrylics enamels.

•Tools used for this process are air and airless sprayers, wire brush, blasting steel wool, sand paper and stripping
