Qualifications and Achievements:

I obtained a National Institute for Metalworking Skills certificate in High School. I had to be ISO certified at great lakes which meant i had to take welding tests with MIG and TIG every year to keep my job. I now have seven years total welding experience, four of which are skills through the work force. I have an OSHA general labor and industry card and a OSHA maritime card.

Job Skills:

GMAW, GMAW-P GMAW-CMT,GTAW, SMAW, FCAW Brazing, spot welding, grinding, radial power saws, plasma cutting, pemming, stud welding, setting up jigs and running press brakes. Oxy-Acetylene Torch cutting and maintenance. Watertight and airtight welding. Structural welding. I have used Lincoln Electric S350 Series with both steel and stainless alloy, Lincoln Electric S500 Series with Steel, Aluminum and Stainless Alloys. Fronius Trans Synergic 5000 series with aluminum and stainless alloys. Fronius CMT with Stainless, Aluminum and silicone bronze alloy. Flux Core welding. Structural GMAW, FCAW and SMAW welding procedures. I have had to weld tanks, cabinets, electrical components such as electrical boxes, panels and control modules and products for GE that were components for the engine, air filter,and battery box compartment. I had to weld tanks that were NEMA rated 1-12. Millwright specifications as to repair and refabricate Sealed and enclosed pressure vessels or AKA wood treatment plants treating cylinders.
