Main activities and responsibilities:

1-Dispense medications prescribed by doctors, dentists and other medical practitioners.

2- Dispense prescriptions from Daman, Thiqa, Abu Dhabi white card through open jet &

E-claim systems.

3-Oversee daily pharmacy operations, supervise pharmacy staff, and maintain pharmaceutical supplies to keep up with order demands.

4-Maintain the quality of all medicines.

5-Review prescriptions, speak with doctors and other medical staff for phoned in prescriptions.

6-Inform patients about the medicines they are taking, any adverse side effects or harmful drug combinations.

7-As a pharmacist it is my responsibility to assist customers with the prescription medication; I inform them about the medicines they are taking, the doctors prescribed dosage and any adverse reactions they may have.
