Madeline Garden offers distinct dining experiences & venues for events. Located in the Historic Green Street district of Pasadena, its ambiance evokes an old world charm in a romantic setting. In addition to brunch, lunch and dinner it serves high tea, offers venues for performances and will add a vegetarian fare to the European cuisine currently featured.

I am redesigning their website, coordinating social media and marketing campaigns as well as manage- ment & staff training materials.

Public Storage UX UI designer Contract

Los Angeles, CA 11/15-7/16 Next generation admin intranet site “WebChamp2” Webchamp is the intranet site used by property and district managers to manage Public Storage facilities. It handles a very complex rule set for renting space as well as managing vacancies, delinquent accounts and various discounts.

Public Storage maintains a minimum of 90% occupancy rate and most facilities are over 95%. I produced information architecture including wireframe & process flows for SaaS servicing property/dis- trict managers. Developed several hi-level managment screens and work flows. SaaS for smart water regulator for irrigation
