2015- Construction Manager- General Superintendent/ Construction Manager; Cherne Contracting Co. (Hired 11/23/2014). Contract completed due to project termination at the owner level. (3/10/15). PCS Nitrogen Lima, Ohio. Performed turnaround at FHR 9/29/15 through 11/1/15 through Union Hall.

2014- Independent Contractor- Superintendent; FHR (Koch Brothers soot blower replacement upgrade), Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Station Instrument Air upgrade, Xcel Energy.

2013 Independent Contractor - Superintendent ;Monticello Outage, NTP QC, Flint Hills QC, PI STEAM GEN (Replacement of two B&W Steam Generators, Controls, and Instrumentation) Project cost $120 million.

2012- Independent Contractor – Superintendent; Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Station Siemens, turbines FHR Turnaround (Unit 35), Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Station D&Z Power upgrades.

2011- Independent Contractor –Superintendent; JW Turk, coal scrubbers, Monticello pump vaults, Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Station Siemens (turbine upgrades)

2010- Independent Contractor refuel, (Foreman) Monticello Nuclear Generating Station (Day and Zimmermann), Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Station, DC Cook NPS, Palisades NPS power upgrades.

2009- Independent Contractor Superintendent; Heavy Rigging Crew, Bechtel- Elm Road Coal power plant, Unit 2.

2007-2009 Independent Contractor General Foreman/Superintendent; Horwitz Mech. Sears Midtown Condo Conversion project. HVAC skyscraper gutted and replaced all heating/AC/plumbing.

2006-2007 LSS Project Manager Johnson Controls MPLS Branch: IGH school system (5 schools combined controls, WBL school system (6 schools combined controls). Projects were all HVAC systems.

2003-2005-Director of Operations Lovegreen Mechanical– Boiler Installation projects and WIRSBO production lines.

1997 Design Consultant NRG Energy Conservation projects for DOD….

CCAD, Corpus Christi, TX ( million square foot building for helicopter repair), Wightman AFB...Boiler replacements for existing coal fired boiler, and flight simulators (Simulators used for B-2 bomber training required advanced A/C to avoid overheating and burnout).

1996 Foreman- 3M A5 LISM line R&D (Beta design Videotape production). Was chosen due to ability to understand written and spoken German, and translate Bavarian instruction. Machine was a DuPont design that was made in Bavaria by Brueckner, dismantled, and brought stateside. I led the American team that put it back together.

1992-1996 UA Apprentice New Mech; Apple Valley schools: Eastview High School (HVAC with Kewaunee Boilers) & Falcon Ridge Middle School (HVAC with package Cleaver-Brooks boilers).

1990-1992 UA Apprentice Koch Oil Refinery, Process piping on Units 24 and 25
