Really, my research activities here at Englehard mirrored my experiences at Exxon Chemical,

the very reason I was recruited right away. Much of a carry over as it turned out.

Analyzed organic and inorganic compounds to determine their chemical properties.

Maintained laboratory instruments and developed new lab operation models.

Managed automated reactor control systems for precise control of polymerization and batching processes.

Conducted quality control tests and directed test procedures.

Organized lab test solutions, compounds and reagents.

In charge of quality control areas of my section. Determined appropriate test procedures for series of Round Robbin determinations.
