THESIS WORK

Thesis was completed in the 4th sem of M.Sc on the topic “A 16S rRNA Study of Polluted Soil Sample Collected From Malwa region of Punjab” by using various techniques like Metagenomic DNA isolation, PCR, TA cloning, Plasmid DNA isolation under the guidance of Dr.Pushpender k. Sharma.

EXPERIENCE

Working as a Research Associate at Rapture Biotech Noida from 7August 2016 till present.

1Year 1Month Experience as an Assistant Professor in Agriculture Department at IET, Bhaddal (Ropar).
