Verified that the information received was legit and a match prior to inputting orders in our system

Spoke with clients over the phone and asked them questions for verification purposes to ensure they were real homeowners

Read the terms of service and conditions to each client to make sure they understood what they were signing up for

Telemarketing Sales

Called homeowners to offer them high efficiency products which use less energy and can save them money on their energy and gas bills

Informed homeowners that equipment over 8 years of age consumes more energy and they are overpaying on their bills

Explained if they decide to rent one of our high efficiency products they will be eligible for a rebate of up to $1600 from the Ontario Power Authority only if their current equipment is over 8 years of age
